Design

In the design department, initial drafts and technical sketches are produced after the previous consultation. These contain precise descriptions of the bags, based on the agreements previously made. In these drafts, the specifications of the models are clearly presented and to-do lists for the next work steps are drawn up.

Product development

The versatile know-how of the bag manufacturer Sylvia Leukauf - Rossi flows into the product development in the elaboration of the technical data required for the production of the bags.
Collections in small quantities are manufactured to 100% in the EU. This takes place in certified workshops where the bags are sewn by hand. This type of production is very important to the company, as it places great value on crafts such as leather gallantry. Many traditional professions are threatened with extinction by modern production methods - the bag manufacturer tries to support them as part of its sustainability policy.

On the other hand, collections can also be produced in larger quantities at the customer's request. The bag manufacturer works with raw materials that are RhoS, Konform and Reach certified. These certificates promise on the one hand the evaluation and restriction of chemicals (Reach) and on the other hand certain safety requirements that must be met by manufacturers (Konform). The RoHS certificate also guarantees the restricted use of hazardous substances. Production takes place in BSCI-certified production facilities, which means that workers' rights are protected and factors such as working hours and the ban on child labor are clearly regulated.
Depending on the customer's wishes, the collection can be produced in either large or small quantities. From the company's point of view, the price-performance ratio is extremely suitable for both types of production and their location.

Production monitoring

Another major part of the custom-made products is production monitoring. This is carried out by Sylvia Leukauf - Rossi herself. Thanks to her many years of experience at top textile companies, she monitors every step of product development, such as the individual sampling runs, with great care and can therefore guarantee excellent quality.

Production is monitored, among other things, by checking the materials and by manufacturing in certified sewing workshops. Depending on customer requirements, the company uses innovative materials such as PET recycled felt or high-quality leather in production. As in the Product development the bags are manufactured exclusively in certified workshops. This not only ensures the high quality of the models, but also supports trades that would otherwise be left to Extinction are threatened.

Delivery

The last part of the custom-made products is the delivery, which is preceded by strict quality control by Sylvia Leukauf - Rossi. This is closely monitored through close cooperation with the suppliers. In most cases, the bag manufacturer checks each bag before it is delivered to the customer. At the customer's request, it is possible for the products to be sent to several delivery addresses. This allows extra flexibility for the customer, as the bags are not delivered in large quantities to one location and eventually have to be distributed further by themselves.
